I have been on numerous cruises and this is the worst of them all. The food quality was more like you would expect at a school lunchroom. The food was put out over 30 minutes some days before they started to serve. The deserts seem like out of a box quality. The service in the Manhattan room was poor on some days and good on others. Had issues with lukewarm coffee, grits and pancakes that would not even melt the butter as well as having to send food back that was not cooked to order. This is a nickel and dime you to death super store. They are the worst of any cruise I have ever been on. Tips are taken automatically so there is no incentive to do a great job. We had booked a cruise to Europe on NCL but after this cruise we came back and canceled. We talked with other guess that felt the same way as we did. My advice is to avoid this cruise line. They are a lot of cruise lines out ther that do so much better job.
