Adventure of the Seas Cruise Review by Onion Lover
- Sail Date: December 2018
- Destination: Western Caribbean
- Cabin Type: Ocean View Balcony
We had breakfast and dinner in the MDR every day and enjoyed the good service and good food.
All the staff went out of their way to make everyone's cruise a good one.
This was our fourth time on the Adventure and that was the main reason we booked her. Our normal port to sail out of is San Juan due to fewer sea days and more ports that we love. We will be on the Freedom for a B2B in six weeks and will see what Diamond tier has.
As with any ship in saltwater, there are small spots of rust here and there. At every port we heard tap, tap, tap as they were working to chip away rust and paint (a neverending chore.) The ship was well maintained although there were stains in places on the carpeting.
Winter came too early in Michigan this year so it was good to have a week of warmth.
