Cabin: Mini-Suite with Balcony

In fairness to the Regal, the ship is beautiful, our cabin M108 was fabulous and most of the crew were great. We are in our late 40's but still too young or young at heart for this cruise. The entertainment on board is geared towards another generation. Even the activities that could have been fun were done in such a way that made them boring. Trivia was done in a theater with everyone sitting in a row and there were never any drink servers. It would have been more fun if they had conducted it in one of the lounges (same for the game shows). If three piece string music, ball room dancing, and folk singers are your style then this is a great cruise. One weird thing about this ship is the smoking area is next to the children's area. Just passing thru, we smelled like smoke. A lot of the staff seemed burned out or just didn't care.

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin M6

Amazing two room cabin that should probably be classified as a full suite. It has to have the largest balcony at sea. It is over the bridge and wraps from the port side to the front of the ship. We had a teak table with four chairs and two teak lounge chairs. Breakfast on the balcony every morning was a real treat. When the ship is underway it can be too windy to use unless at a low speed. The balcony above is set back and because this balcony juts out there is limited privacy but if you make friends with your neighbors it is fine. My favorite cabin ever!
