We choose the MSC Divina to try a different company and heard that it was a good ship. The ship was nice and most personnel were friendly. We were extremely disappointed for the food , most of the time cold . The buffet was the same lack of choices and food is precooked and cold. The dinning restaurants mostly for breakfast was a disaster, your order was always cold or they would forget to bring your toast, orange etc.... Many times they ran out of food such as bagels , juices, fruits.

As for entertainment, it was average, always the same song and dance, no variety.

We had the "Drinks in us pakagd" which was good but many times depending the bar you get your drink would tell you the drink you ordered in not part of the drink package and would try to charge you full price, many descrepencies and often frustrating.
