Ship was clean, beautiful, & friendly employees. We really had a great time & would definitely do it again. Especially for the great price we paid. On & off the ship was a easy process. Only one thing maybe on disembark day have the slower older folks & handicaps get off at a different location. We got behind some that could barely handled their luggage & held up the line.

Also, maybe next time we can get the beverage package as a given like many people we heard had. Even the ones who booked less than 6 months in advanced got the drink offer. Our travel guy with Norwegian wasn’t helpful in giving anything. He said there would be a gift in our cabin for my birthday from him. He sent nothing but our cabin Stewart did send a nice cupcake. So needless to say we won’t be using him again. I could have booked online myself just like he did. Plus I had tried contacting him 2 days before leaving on the cruise & no response from him as of yet.

The only downside of the trip & was a biggie for us was I submitted a bid to get a balcony room & never heard a word on it. I was offered to make a bid 3 days after my initial booking. And we booked like a month & half out. A man on the ship was bragging to us to how he bid $35 to go from a studio room to a balcony. My bid was more than that & still nothing. I feel like my cruise agent guy wasnt helpful when asked him if Norwegian sends emails out about making bids. All he said was yes they do offer it. But heck he knew we wanted a balcony & maybe could have helped us out. There was not a high back chair in the cabin for comfort just a stool. The toilet system was not good at flushing every time. This is no biggie but we were on one of the decks near a big chess game & we heard a noise & looked up to see one of the balcony glasses shattered & the had to cover our heads with our hands & runs under cover. Thought it was over & walked back out to look & make sure everything was ok. But more started to fall & we had to do it again. People started coming out on their balconies trying to figure out what was going on & asking us what’s was all the noise. Finally an employee came and told us to get back & basically move along. However they did get a new glass in & you would have never know anything had happened. Read more
