Service personnel is great.

Every day there was a SEWER SMELL that was OVERWHELMING near the elevators on your way up to eat. Was disgusting. Staff was very attentive. Entertainment was on a high school level as far as talent. Nothing like other ships we have been on in the past. Debarkment was ridiculous. We were asked several times to leave our room from 8:30-9:15 yet only one floor was asked to leave the ship. We had nowhere to wait and then stood in line from the elevators to the exit of the ship for TWO HOURS! Get your stuff together Carnival. That was absolutely the most unorganized cruise I have ever tried to get off of. Never again with that cruise line. No signs or help to shuttles. Another hour and a half of waiting in line with no directions and CLEARLY short staff. The best people in debarkment were the porters!!
