For a ship this new I expected more. Have cruised many times and was not expecting what we encountered. We purchased internet for both of us and it was non exsistant the service. Went to the Internet cafe 2 times (2 1/2 hours) the guy was worthless. He said they were having problems with getting people online and the app was not working. Order chocolate covered strawberries for second cruise day and they never showed up. Went to guest services and they said that the do not feature sign might have been on. I said why didn’t you leave a note then. Said would deliver next day. Got a call later to see they were delivered said yes but 2 days late. He said they would credit account. Not very good service. Other than that the entertainment was great, food servings way too big a lot of wasted food. One serving can feed two people.
