This was a family vacation getaway. We were on a week cruise on the Getaway leaving out of Miami. The cruise went to Honduras, Belize, Coasta Maya, and Cozumel. The ports were nothing less than amazing as well as the shows that we saw on the ship.

I was however disappointed with the service and surprised nonetheless. I have been on many cruises with other cruise lines and this one had nothing on the others as far as service.

Yes the ship is gorgeous and they have a ton of activities but if the staff is not friendly then it does not make for a great time or referrals. With the exception of a few of the Splash Academy staff (of course some of them probably should not be working with children or people for that matter)-- in which my child liked the activities there.
