Cabin: Grand Suite
We took this cruise to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. So we splurged on the Grand Suite (one bedroom). We also did the unlimited drinks package and the unlimited specialty dining package.
The most outstanding thing about this cruise was the service. Literally every crew member deserved 5 stars for customer service. Our last cruise went not so well and we had serious customer service issues but not this time. It seems the crew of the Brilliance was just the varsity squad. I just can't say a single negative thing about the entire experience. I would go on this ship again in a heartbeat.
The ship itself is in the same class as previous cruises but I think has been recently remodeled and all was in tip top shape.

Awesome room! Large with large bathroom, large balcony and huge closet and storage space.

No port issues. We used valet parking and recommend it highly.
Cozumel
We booked an excursion to Mr. Sancho's Beach club but weather was terrible so we skipped it. We shopped in downtown. Some vendors were very aggressive. More so than I've ever encountered in Cozumel.
