Missed our flight after an 8 hour delay with no apologies or compensation, disgusting! This is how a corporate company treats it's customers? Sad. We incurred $1000 extra of expenses for this and I would think twice about sailing Carnival ever again!
The ship was chaos trying to get a phone line or internet, never did. Most people very upset as family and friends were waiting in Miami not knowing where the ship was or what happened.
Carnival needs to do the right thing and offer each person on that cruise 50% off their next cruise otherwise people will think twice about cruising Carnival again.
