This was my first cruise. I liked the ship as a whole and had a fabulous time. I love the staff. They were helpful, professional, and seemed like they were glad to be there. They always went above and beyond whenever they could. The entertainment was always a blast. I love James and his piano. The Martini bar was wonderful, though I do not drink alcohol, however, I was always served as well as the person who ordered alcohol. I loved Syds Pour house. The bands were fabulous. The cruise director staff was funny, encouraging and entertaining. Bingo was a blast.
Now the problems. There is no basic general/sundries store, that would have been nice. There were way too many repetitious commercials on the screen in the Atrium. The jungle show had to be canceled because the sea was too rough for them to perform, which was not a problem, however, they did not tell anyone ahead of time. So at 8:30 pm, we were suddenly scrambling for alternative dinner plans. It would have been nice if the main dining rooms had menus that differed from one another.
One thing that would be helpful is more is to publish menus on the App.
Went on a glass bottom boat excursion. It was a fun, rough fast ride. I got delightfully wet. However, I got seasick later. I loved the experience though!
