I have been on many cruise lines and enjoyed them all. This was the worst experience I have ever had. They charge $7.95 for every room service order! They charge $.99 a minute to get on the internet unless you pay a $100+ fee, and that still limits your time. Our shower was consistently lukewarm or cold. They take forever to make any repairs and we we usually got a message to call back later. (Once our toilet wouldn't flush, when I finally called back I was told it was a plugged line that should now be repaired; once our bathroom light went out and it took several hours for them to send an "electricain" to replace the bulb!) Our room steward ran out of cafeinated coffee for the last two days - all we were able to drink in the room was decaf! Aside from one musical, the entertainment in the theater was poor. While other ships were able to dock at a walk off at the port in Ocho Rios, we were docked at a dirt filled warehouse dock that was at least a 20-minute walk to the actual port. Worst of all was the waiting in line - at least 45 minutes in the sun to get a bus for a shore excursion, at least 2 hours each for embarkation and disembarkation although we just got waived through customs when we finally got there. Other cruise lines were always given priority. Never again, Norwegian!
