Been on the Divina before, in the Yacht club earlier in 2018 it was amazing! This trip hot tubs were down 9 out of 11 days. Water coming from ceiling in front of our door.. The butler said the cruise line knew about it for months and had not fixed it. Maintenance person started working at 6 AM waking those nearby for two days, once temporary fixed we had the sound of the drying fans.

MSC had taken the chef and many of the dining staff and some of the best butlers to the Seaside for retraining due to complaints. Yacht Club had infants crying and screaming including at dinner. Two days of good food, rest was bland, rubbery, maitre'd just laughed said everyone's taste is different, but others complained too. The buffet was so much better even with all the people. For the cost Yacht Club should have adults + kids over 12.
