Cabin: Mid-ship Balcony Stateroom

We booked this cruise to see this so called wonderful ship with a group of 14 friends. Found the ship to be nice to look at but too hard to navigate. Elevators forward and aft only made it difficult to get where you needed to go on this massive ship. The cabin was as nice as any other balcony on NCL. The real drawback was the lack of interest in the smokers by the design of the smoking areas. H2O had a small side section for smokers which was always packed while the rest of the H2O area was sparsely occupied. I do give qudos to the bar staff of Sam, Marvin and that crew for the wonderful service trhey provided. The Casino are that was walled off for smokers was hard to get a machine at times and could use a bit more ventilation, very Smokey even for the smokers, while the huge main casino area was again sparsely being used. Food was OK, except the meal we had in Cagneys, normally one of the best restaurants on a NCL ship, the Oysters Rockefeller was cold and mushy. This was prior to the meal which left a terrible after taste. The Havana show was not worth seeing but the highlight was the Jersey Boys. Had to try this ship once but I will stick with the Getaway and the Jade class ships from now on.
