I have never ever experienced something so bad. MSC has so much to learn. You pay all this money and get nothing but bad, rude staff. Asked to pay extra for ALL activities. Hardly nothing to do - especially for teenagers. Everything is closed all the time. If you ask staff to do anything or help you they hardly understand their job and do absolutely nothing about it. The atmosphere is dead. Truly the worst experience of my life.

The cabins are small with only one plug in them. Paid extra for the Fantasia - don’t know why because there was nothing better about it.
