We looked forward to this cruise for over a year. Last time we cruised with NCL meals were awesome, entertainment top notch, service was excellent and staff very friendly. We purchased extras on this cruise, unlimited beverage package, tour package and paid gratuities. During this cruise it was very hard to have someone to take a drink order while around the pool, you had to go to bar and order your own drinks. Highlight of the cruise was our waitress in the Gatsby Lounge she was awesome and spectacular, along with our speciality restaurant Cagneys. The Garden grill had same boring meals breakfast, lunch and dinner. Complimentary Dining Versailles and Aqua hands same meals each night. If Lobster is on your plan or a nice steak sorry your out of luck. Size of appetizers are so small, I ordered Rack of lamb and was looking forward to it and was completely taken back when plate came to me with some kind of shaved meat. Every meal I ordered was the same except for when I order the Fish and Chips from O'Sheeans it was LongJohn Silver quality. The tour in Cano San Lucas highlight of tours. Not sure I will cruise with NCL again unless changes are made. Disappointed.
