  • Destination: the Southern Caribbean
  • Cabin Type: Mini-Suite with Balcony

We have cruised NCL many times, second on Epic. Where to start...I opened the medicine cupboard and one of the glasses inside had about 10 pills in it from previous guest, so glasses were not changed! When luggage came I had a broken wheel. Elevators were over crowded with rude people. Specialty dining was poor, had to peel dried pasta off the top. Chicken parm was same dried chicken I had at lunch in buffet. Very disappointed in food. Many past NCL cruisers voiced disappointment . Some staff seemed out out. We were ssleep when photo called and said they forgot to get a signature and made me get out of bed, dressed and go sign. The charge was already debited. Will not sail NCL again. Our room had a tub which made it hard for seniors to climb into to shower. Our room Steward was great! He was very attentive to our needs. Disimbarking was bad to locate luggage.
