We got such a great deal, that we could not pass it up. This cruise was our first experience with the Specialty Dinning. It was nice, but not sure it is worth the extra expense. Still do not not care for the Freestyle Dinning. We prefer to have the same wait staff and table. We have found on previous cruises a wait staff that We liked and would request their area. This time there seemed to be a lot of inexperienced. The staff at martini bar was more than fantastic. We usually spend some time in the Casino, but the cigarette smoke was so bad that We even avoided walking thru there. Our room steward was new. He did a good job, but has a lot to learn to give a personal touch. I was a little disappointed in the food in the Cafe. The ship was clean and pretty well maintained. The staff was friendly, but felt the CD was average. The entertainment, except for magician, was wonderful. Having a live band makes it much more enjoyable. The variety shows were great. We purchased the Next Cruise package. We have booked another cruise next October to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I do have one thing that really upset us. Upon arrival back in New York, the schedule was that leave the ship at 10:40. At just before 9am, our color was called. Since we had transfers thru Norwegian, we hustled off the ship. We then were loaded on a bus and sat there for an hour and a half. I understand that there is a lot to do to get the ship ready for the next group. We are expected to be back on the ship at a certain time when in Port. Just would expect the same courtesy on leaving the ship. It was extremely uncomfortable on the bus with coats on and carry on stuff. The fact that we had not had breakfast only added insult to injury. There seemed to be a lack of organization too.

Cabin Review

Family Balcony

Cabin B2

For being a family balcony, felt that the cabin was a little small.
