Chose this cruise because of the water slides splash pad and spa level. We were in spa cabin 10102 balcony room. The room was very small and balcony very small with no overhang to protect balcony from rain. I was very dissapointed in the room and the balcony. The Spa level room also came with spa products and the thermal spa-- not impressed had to ask several times for the spa products that were included with the room the spa had no whirlpool or plunge pool like other ship thermal spas.

The spa level was not updated and did not feel like an upgrade from our other group's rooms on the other floors

Service was good on the ship
