Chose this cruise because it had ports we had not visited. Visiting the Panama Canal was a not only historical but exciting. Loved the beaches in Roatan and Belize and the Mayan ruins in Costa Maya Mexico was a highlight of excursions. The NCL Jade was easy to get around. The cabins had all the necessary accomadations The entertainment was excellent, especially the comedians and singers. The cruise director and his staff kept us in stiches with shows envolving guests. The daily trivia games were not only fun to play but informative. The pools and hot tubs we always clean, not crowded, easy access. The dining in main dining room was elegant and just right portions. My only complaint would be the variety on the appetizers could have been better (a lot of same every day) also since I love soup the wait staff needs to dig to bottom of the soup kettle and give more substance and less broth.

Cabin Review

Obstructed Oceanview

Cabin OK

This cabin, despite the life boat view, was a perfect location. Close to elevators/stairs.

O'Sheehans was located next to elevators and just down on deck 7 was the atrium with

guest services and all the entertainment you could ask for.

Port Reviews

Miami

Was housed in the Hilton for 6 days due to first part of cruise on the Jade was cancelled due to engine problems. Hilton was nice, food was overpriced and hotel was almost 2 miles from any shopping, food places. We did ask about tours/church and was not told who to contact and use uber.

Harvest Caye

Very nice resort relaxing pool and plenty of things to do.
