NCL should want to deliver a better product than this, ship is definitely outdated. Staff was friendly & good overall. Food was presented well, but I was majorly disappointed due to the fact that Steak & Lobster was not on the menu. Ive been on approximately 7 cruises and all except NCL have Steak & Lobster night. Balcony cabin was very small, bed slept well and room steward was good. Napoli Coast was definitely a highlight for choosing this cruise , NCL deleted that part of the itenary after the ship left port. The $100 on board credit due to taking away the Napoli Coast was a joke. Locals informed passengers on this cruise that NCL has been maintaining this ship for at least 6 weeks. NCL do maintence on your $$$ and not your passengers $$$ or time. The sights on this trip were incredible and this is a trip worth taking , if U choose the right cruise line.
