The ship was as lovely as ever. However, the included shore excursions were poor compared to the ones we took on the Homelands cruise. They were short with no embellishments. If the ship docks in Greenwich there should be an included tour into London just as the Homeland cruises had one into Berlin. We paid for a tour of the Grieg HOuse but it was crowded and the guide was poor. I complained about this the next day but got no response. Also, too many of your Ocean cruises start in Bergen, a place that is not easy to fly into from the US. We were also disappointed in the lectures. A lot of them were at inconvenient times of the day. For the most part, the lecturers were boring, going over a lot of statistics and dates rather than telling interesting stories. As a result, sea days were boring.
