I went on a cruise with a friend for her daughters wedding. Food wasn’t very good, took too long to be seated, food came out wrong after taking an hour to get it. My internet package I paid $60 for rarely worked. I was charged for a drink my friend ordered. Our cabin steward was awesome though. Props to Rudi. Very disappointing experience. We weren’t offered any type of compensation for the problems we had. The entertainment was good. I think there should have been more of a selection with the food. Most of the crew was nice. We did have a problem with one waiter but that was it. The pictures were way overpriced. $22 for one 8x10. It was a very disappointing trip. I expected more than what I got for my money. $70 gratuity for a three year old kid was excessive. Not enough English speaking people on board. Hard to communicate with people who barely speak English.
