Thank you Norwegian Cruise Line for ruining my first ever cruise. I walked into my room and found a 1/2 inch of water on the bathroom floor. The toilet was leaking from the wall every time you flush. So instead of being able to put my bags down and unwind for a minute, housekeeping, maintenance and a plumber has to run in and out of my room. After they leave I wipe everything down with bleach wipes and discover they missed all of that fecal matter on both sides of the toilet lid. I didn’t come here to clean up your chit. While I’m away , I’m compensated with a $50 excursion credit. Pass! Secondly, the ship is old and dated. Stuck in the 80’s with brass accents and old dirty carpet. The food from the buffet is horrible. Everyone loads yo their plate and leaves the nasty food on it. All the glasses are preschool kid size and all of the drinks and desserts are sugar free. Hello? Everyone is not diabetic. Oh and of course we didn’t go to Great Stirrup Cay due to soil conditions. No rain, just soil. Again, $50 excursion credits passed out but I didn’t get one this time. Do us all a favor and remove the Sky from your fleet and do a major overhaul on it, the food and your cleaning staff. Again, thanks NCL for ruining my first ever cruise.
