We just returned from a 14 day Southern Caribbean Cruise on the Constellation. We had cruised before on the same ship in 12-08 and were not impressed. We acknowledged in the last review that we would cruise again if the price was right. Well the price was right and this time we were impressed.

We flew into Fort Lauderdale and were met by SAS transportation which had us at the ship in Miami by 10:45 and were on the ship by 11:00. Everything with embarkation was quick and smooth. Because we had signed up for the cruise late we were assigned late seating. We met with the dining staff and changed to Select Dining and reserved a table every night for 6:15. Our waiter- Nelson and assistant- Poppicon were great. Quality of food was good and portion size was adequate. We enjoy trying several options at dinner so their size worked out well.

It was cold in Miami when we arrived, so we stopped by our room and our steward Joaquim allowed us to put our carry on items in the room. He was great throughout the whole cruise. I think they must sleep under your bed. I got up one night to go to the bathroom and the bed was made when I got back.( Only kidding)
