Just OK. Strange timing of events. Latitudes get together 6 PM in middle of dinner hour. Change of booked shows without notification and then they rescheduled the cancelled ones and didn't inform us of cancellation or that they booked another one for us at a time and date we had something else scheduled. Found out by accident looking at our calendar. No water for a day and never notified about problem or how long it might take to repair. People showing up for breakfastr in Garden Cafe in bath robe and pajamas.Guests using tables reserved for handicapped guests and not giving them up when one is needed. $100 a day for drink package and you can't even get bottled water, orange juice or specialty coffee with the package yet you can get all the pineapple and cranberry juice you want. Music in atrium and theater was really loud. Bar service was great. need to bring back martini bar and include all martinis in pkg. not just 5 0r 6 that bartenders were allowed to make.
