No real WOW factors, but a steady cruise, average food, so-so entertainment. Had soda package but got charged twice for sodas, (went to guest relations to have removed), they also did not supply reusable cups as advertised, had to beg for them. I was overcharged for NCL excursions booked on board... had to go back and get that adjusted. In St. Kitts we were relagated to a cargo pier. NCL charged $10 for a shuttle to the main pier. Big backlog trying to get back on ship in St. Thomas as departure was 1pm, all tours came back around the same time. Ship felt crowded, and sea days were pretty boring. Cruise Director was forgettable. Lounge entertainment was ok, but after 11 days, would have liked a more variety. Dining Room and buffet food average, but service was usually very good. Lounge chairs on promenade deck were limited in number and only out 2nd half of cruise.

Perfectly fine. A little more storage would have been nice, but we managed. Stateroom attendant Roehl was fantastic!

Walked around the pier area.
