What a disappointment Viking proved to be. On a cruise from Bangkok to Bali and beyond thank goodness I got off in Bali and not beyond. The plus was the food was quite good.

The penthouse veranda does not live up to its name and lacked even sliding glass doors to the veranda. The ports of call were a bad choice on Vikings part most of which I am sure management never stepped foot onto. The included excursions were pathetic as there was nothing to see in theses container ports in Indonesia yet we only spent one day in Singapore and no overnight and in Bali there was no included excursion, the two highlight ports of the trip.

The entertainment was mediocre luckily highlighted with Balinese dancers brought on the ship on the last night. Enrichment lectures lacked spunk and basic information on the ports of call.

Cabin Review

Cabin Penthouse Veranda
