Traveling with my Mom for her 70th birthday. Parked in parking garage and was shuttled to terminal. Very easy embarkation process. Room was ready on arrival on board, approximately 1:30 pm. Headed to Windjammer for drink and lunch. The ship layout was very easy to navigate. Loved the promenade deck with the bars and shops. Favorite bar was the wine bar and loved to go to the 19th hole. Happening place for the gold medal hockey game!! Fun. Windjammer overall was OK. Not a big buffet person. Breakfast much better in the dining room. Enjoyed room service every morning for coffee. One time called room service three times after Jamaica port stop and they never answered the phone. That evening after dinner discovered a plate of chocolate covered strawberries and a couple cookies from room service apologizing for any inconvenience. A nice surprise and very appreciated!! A nice touch. Enjoyed all shows. The singers and dancers were very good. Loved the ice skating show. The comedian and comedian/magician were both great! Overall, entertainment was top-notch. Dinner was wonderful. Had great servers and even better table mates. Great selection of food and very accommodating to special requests. The debarkation was so smooth and easy! Really, overall, everything was wonderful. Enjoyed Royal Caribbean and look forward to booking another cruise. Want my husband to experience this wonderful cruise line too!

My only disappointment was when I asked our room steward for robes. I didn't pack any because on the previous 3 cruise lines that I've traveled on, robes are always included in the room. The steward told me, we don't get them, only "diamond" members. Haha..what? Can't spare two robes? I told him I was a diamond in the rough, did that count? :) LOL...told him not to worry, not a problem. He said he'd check with his supervisor and sure enough a knock on the door a couple hours later and there he was with two robes!! Yeah!! And they came in handy on the cool days and evenings on the balcony. Great service!!

Cabin Review

Wonderful balcony cabin. Adequate storage in closet. Easily able to store luggage under beds. Half-way between forward and aft elevators. Easy access to Internet cafe
