Cabin: Boardwalk View Balcony
This was the second time that we travelled on the Allure o/t Seas.
1. The most impressive improvements were embarkation and debarkation. Not doubt RC has done a great job with Terminal A at Miami cruise port and the new procedure. Getting on board worked like a breeze. Also impressive reentry to the US just with facial recognition!
2. The second improvement to mention is the new RC phone-app, which makes it easy to see what is going on, during your stay at the ship. But there are still improvements possible. i.e. I found it difficult to find the arrival and all aboard times for port of calls in the abundance of activities listed.
