Cabin Review

Edge Veranda Stateroom

Cabin E1

WAY TOO SMALLl!!!!! Edge veranda makes the cabin feel more spacious, but it's simply not inviting to sit out there, even with the top "window" open. The cabin needs a full-length mirror and make-up mirror, as well as an outlet/USB on BOTH sides of the bed.

Note that there are two different layouts, bed close to closet or bed close to fake veranda.

There is adequate drawer space, but the closet is too small. The bathroom is well laid out and has good storage space, but it's tiny. The large TV built into the wall is easy to operate with the remote control and has good selections. The refrigerator should be stocked with water on a daily basis. While the bed was very comfortable, the pillows are too thick. We loved the simple touch-screen control box for lighting and temperature in the cabin.

Overall, if we were to ever travel on Edge or its future sister ship (Apex), we'd get a cabin at least double the size so we don't feel as cramped -- there's simply no place to really spread out.
