I was very excited to go on our annual family vacation and very excited to try a new boat. However, I was quickly disappointed with the lack of customer service and the food. Most people go on a cruise to eat, drink, dance and have fun while being greeted by enthusiastic staff. Most of the staff looked like they hated their jobs and they were not courteous. The food was just meh most of the time. For seven days I did not have one good dessert.

I will say that our room was very clean and it was kept clean. If the service and food for Norwegian is like this on the other boats, I will never cruise Norwegian again. We did grave a good time at the bars and night clubs but other than that I would not recommend this boat. Once you go on a Disney cruise you cannot compare it to anything else.
