  3. Ovation of the Seas
As a first time cruiser the first thing that hits you about Ovation of the Seas is how big it is. It is huge and can be overwhelming for a first timer. Staff however made embarkation as easy as they could ( I was travelling with a person with a disability so that did mean skipping some of the queues) We had an internal room 10221, a disability room, and the room was fantastic with automatic doors that gave plenty of time to get in and out. Virtual Balcony was actually pretty cool too. Food & Drink Really good in all venues. Maybe too many people at breakfast where it was not uncommon for announcements asking people to move on after they had eaten so there would be enough seating. The only specialty restaurant we tried was Chops Grille and that was certainty worth the extra cost if you enjoy your steak! Gluten free pizza in the Italian cafe was brilliant and worth actually waiting a little extra time for. The Bionic Bar became a regular in the afternoon with robot mixed cocktails . Shows Not normally a show person but PIXELS was excellent and the comedy with Dave Callan also good. A good family holiday. Couples might find this ship a bit busy. I think there were over 900 kids on this cruise.

This is a big ship! Did I say big! Really big!
