Every cruise has a hiccup or 2 and this was no exception. A cabin too warm on embarkation day, an under cooked dinner and mediocre service on occasion were not going to ruin our trip
Lack of ADA shore excursions was an issue. By the looks of the number of walkers, wheelchairs and scooters on board should tell NCL that they need to cater excursions that accommodate them
We had a suite with a great butler who made up for any misses we encountered
Very good once maintaince removed the pool towel from the air duct and allowed the cabin to cool down. Who stuffs towels in an air duct? Butler and cabin steward made the cabin sparkling clean and well stocked. Thank you Ricky and Mohammed. Job well done
