MSC Divina Cruise Review by Southbeachgator
- Sail Date: November 2018
- Destination: Western Caribbean
- Cabin Type: Balcony Stateroom – Fantastica
Zero's - MDR food and staff at our table were horrible. Went 3 times at the beginning of the cruise only. Each time we waited over 1.5 hours for dinner and drinks were never replinshed. Food quality was really inconsistent. Service was so bad they comped a specialty restaurant. Never went back after that. The ship is 6 years old and it is starting to show its age. The staff does a great job of maintaining it clean but you can see wear and tear over the years.
Entertainment was okay on the Divina. Nothing spectacular but nothing horrible although the tribute to Tina Turner was highly questionable.
Overall an average cruise but again given the price point compared to other cruise lines, you can see where the difference is missing. Would we sail MSC cruises again? Not sure anymore.
