I had a great vacation on the Harmony of the Sea ship. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Any concerns I had were quickly resolved. I was advised on two shore excursions that were great. Particular thank you to Saghordhary Umbay Naiko, guest service officer. She was very friendly and helpful in resolving all my concerns. The rock climbing attendants gave me and my friends an exceptionally good time. They made the challenge of climbing the wall fun and exciting for me and my friends. The room was always clean and comfortable. The food was good at all the restaurants. The only thing I was not particularly fond of was having a garden view room. With adjacent rooms on the other side it seems a bit intrusive. I would advise guests who are concerned with privacy to stick with a ocean view room. Overall, it's a great ship and a wonderful crew.
