We got Viking Air Plus which turned out to be a joke and asked out travel agent to get our money refunded.

We were met at the San Juan Airport by the Viking rep. At least 50 of us Viking travelers were on the same flight. Transfer to the bus was seamless as well as the check-in. From bus to walking up the gangway was 15 minutes max. We were greeted with a glass of bubbly and instructed to go to the 7th floor Pool Grill. Our luggage beat us to our room. Read more
