Had to move to another stateroom after getting manager involved. Very loud banging in wall all night for two nights in a row. 2nd stateroom offered to us was at the very back of the ship under the engine exhaust pipes which created soot all over our balcony deck. Food was ok in Lido dining, Alfredo's was terrible. Mattress was old, sagging and very uncomfortable along with flat pillows and extremely hot bedding. Princess Cay was very uneventful. Grand Cayman excursion, Dolphin Swim has the most rude woman with our group. She was the dolphin trainer and snapped and yelled at us because we told her we could not understand what she was saying in Spanish. It was so bad that we got out of the water and left the excursion within 10 minutes. Don't waste your money for this excursion unless you don't mind rude people. Jamaica was an excellent stop with the nicest people on the excursions. We did the Mystic Mtn, bobsledding, and Dunns River Falls. Cozumel was also an excellent stop. We did the Xplorer Park in Playa Del Carmen. Our guide for the day was super. Highly recommend these excursions.

A126 terrible, loud banging in wall all night for two nights in a row. Had to get manager involved to get moved to another cabin. We were moved to D731 which was much quieter but was at the very end of the ship underneath the engine exhaust pipes which left black soot all over our balcony.
