First of all the embarkation was a disaster and could have been handled much better. We understand that some things are beyond control but with a two hour wait in line without the offer of water and to observe people passing out and in distress was disturbing. No explanation or apology was forthcoming.

We do appreciate the offer of sparkling wine, however the option to choose something more palatable would be appreciated.

Trying to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in O'Sheehan's was disrupted by the excessively loud and enthusiastic commentary of the cruise staff during activities in the Atrium.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MA

Very good,as expected having been on several cruises. Still we were disappointed because of the smoking on other balconies and at times could not enjoy ours. Found it a bit noisy early in the morning and later at night because of chair and table movement on the pool deck above us.

Port Reviews

Cartagena (Colombia)

Supposed to see birds and animals. Saw one bird, lots of sitting in one place in the open.
