I went on a Norwegian cruise many years ago and loved everything about it. Excellent food, service, activities - all great. This recent cruise on the N. Getaway was a disappointment. FAR too many people jammed onto the ship made dining and pool time difficult to enjoy.

The cabin was nice, the crew and employees were very friendly but we had inconsistent service quality throughout our time onboard.

Internet connectivity was absolutely terrible. The IT support was inadequate for so many issues. Read more
