The entire ship smelled like sewage, which made it hard to enjoy sitting outside at all. Our room smelled. I had a headache most of the time. The door to the dining room completely came off in my hand. There were spit balls on the ceiling of the room, there was a ring in the toilet the entire time as if it hadn't been cleaned, one of the lights in the bathroom was old and broken, the towel rack was broken and left on the floor by housekeeping, our toilet broke on several times which prevented us from flushing the toilet, the drain in the sink had a slimy mildew on it which caused the sink to stop up and drain slow. The towels had stains on them and were dingy. The carpets in the halls sunk in when you walked. It was a mess to say the least. I have reached out to their customer service department about this several times and I'm still waiting on a response. I even made complaints on the ship, and was never given the option to move.
