family was already booked on this cruise. It seems that with this ship that Norwegian sacrificed quality in an effort to up the quantity of guests on the ship. THe cabins were very tiny with essentially no place to store your clothes except a small closet and a couple of tiny cubby holes. We were in an inside cabin but others in our party were in balcony cabins that they described as a narrow hallway. And the regular hallways were really very narrow too.

The staff, especially in the dining room seemed overwhelmed. The waiters were fine, but the persons at the desk where you check in for dinner in the dining room (Savor to be specific) seemed irritated whenever we showed up for our confirmed time. To be fair there were 19 of us in our group, but we had a scheduled dining time which they never seemed prepared for. Also the kids club was overly full. I know there were a lot of kids on this cruise.

Cabin I2

very tiny. I can't imagine having 3 people in that room. I'm so glad that I booked 2 staterooms for each of our kids and grandkids so they weren't crammed into that tiny space.
