The bad: What a waste of money and vacation days. Service was not there at all. Yes some staff was good but overall it seemed like you were ignored. Food quality dropped 100% since sailing in the summer. Filet mignon in Cagneys had serious fat on it! Gross! Port days were a joke to stay onboard. NOTHING was open and the daily had certain bars, restaurants open at a certain times and they were not. Example was pool bar. 11am turns to 1pm???

The ugly: (1) Private functions. One example was in the district brew house. You are already comfortable and enjoying your beer, book, etc. and you are told “sorry you will not be able to get anything from the bar until the function ends BUT you are welcome to stay. What??
