The ship is large but with 5200 passengers and 1700 crew it wasn't large enough. Nearly every area of the ship was crowded with the elevators being packed full a considerable amount of the time. Imagine trying to get from deck 6 to 16 as an example and having to wait for multiple elevators to go by before one had space, roughly three to four time a day. It got really old really quick.

Service was inconsistent with us receiving outstanding service at one restaurant and then absolutely poor service at another. Medium rare was delivered well done, incorrect drink orders, no bread, no butter, asked multiple times for lemon and things of that nature. Normally not a big deal, but it was happening nearly every day at different meals and restaurants. For example, breakfast would be fantastic with suburb service then dinner would be filled with all sorts of service errors and vice versa the next day. Totally inconsistent the entire cruise.

ULTIMATE drink package was totally and completely insane in the way it works. Get this, an Irish coffee for $9.95 was included but not a $1.95 espresso or a bottle of water. You can order any alcoholic drink you wanted under $15 but not water, espresso or herbal tea? Espresso with Bailey's yes! Espresso with no alcohol, no! Budweiser (or any beer) yes! Pellegrino no! Totally idiotic and mind numbing.
