The ship is AMAZING! From the moment I stepped on I was thoroughly impressed with the design and features. However, 2 minutes in, i was met with my first rude ship employee and that didn’t let up for the entire 7 days.
I was with a group of 16 or so people and we were all extremely disappointed. This was our 4th cruise, and the 1st with MSC. None of us, nor anyone we met on the ship would ever cruise MSC again.

Cabin was nice, plenty of room for a family with 2 or even 3 kids. Ours was missin the nice chair, and our steward broke the jacuzzi and was never able to fix it.
