Sailed on Harmony year before last for Thanksgiving and had a really nice time...same for Symphony, a really nice not a great time! The ship itself is awesome, my stateroom attendant was superb and so was my assistant waiter. The food in the dining room and Windjammer was ok..soo much has changed over the past few years.

Service is not consistent, however, the shows are the best ever! Hairspray was phenomenal, Hiro was fantastic!

I must say that the cheesecake was the best, I had in a long time.Drinks...way overpriced, Wonderland and Izumi were terrific! I guess what I’m saying is that it appears that if you want great food and better service you have to go to specialty dining. Don’t get me wrong you won’t go hungry and there is plenty to go around. Found a lot of staff talking on their cell phones and just giving everyone the bare minimum . I am a diamond plus member and when I see how things have changed it just hurts a little l believe in progress and Symphony has a lot to offer, I just feel it was at the expense of the things that made cruising great!
