I waned to give everyone a quick review of our cruise on the bliss during Thanksgiving week. All in all it was great trip. Lets start with getting on the ship. We took a early flight out of Norfolk and landed in Miami 9:00. After getting our bags (which took forever but that is a different story) we took a taxi to the terminal. We got to the terminal around 10:15 or so and went to check in. Had to wait 15 min in line to go threw security and then to get our keys. We got on to the ship around 11:15 and got in line to do the go carts and lazor tag. Took only 15 min. We went straight to the bar (The local). The service is good and started our cruise. The food at the local was ok not great but still it was great just to relax. Rooms where ready around 2:30 and actually our luggage arrived around 5:00.

First night we went to the seafood restaurant for dinner, Great food and great service. We highly recommend this restaurant to eat.

On to the casino, very disappointed in the craps table, it was $25 limit. Too high for my blood. It was always 25 limit each evening but did go to $10 limit during the day when it was open. If they are going to have $25 craps they should have another craps table. There is plenty of room. All the speciality restaurants( we tried them all) are very good food and service except for Los Lobos. The service was very poor here as well as the food was not the greatest. Not sure if the food was that bad but the service just made the experience that bad. The entertainment was very good, If I where you I would try it all even going to all the bars try the entertainment in those bars. I have heard a number of people who complained about the elevators on the Bliss, other than the first day we never had any big issues getting on and off. Remember folks there is 4000 people on the ship so don't get to upset if you have to wait 4-5 min. Just to finish this up we very happy with the ship and service, food was much better than expected even in the buffet where we actually had prime rib one evening. I do want to bring one bad experience we had was the one night we had reserved for Thanksgiving night. We reserved a night in the dinning room and according to the Maitre D the next evening they they lost all reservations for the dinning room for that evening. We where not told that when we checked in only it would be an hour before we could be seated. I was not a happy camper. Nobody at the desk could explain what the problem was so we where very disappointed. I did discuss this with the Maaitre D the next day that he should have been in the fire at the desk to explain what the problem was but he was no where to be found. The next night while we where having dinner the Restaurant Manager (Rogeliza Nanad) found us and explained what happened and we had a great 15 min conversation with her. She is top notch and will to help anyone out. We have developed a great relationship with her and this is one of many reason that we Booked the Encore for Thanksgiving as she will be on the ship. If anyone has any questions please put a notice on cruise critic and I will answer all your questions. I hope this helps everyone and sorry if things are a little jumble up.

Cabin Review

Spa Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B9

Room was great, service was good. Only issue we had in this room was we where below the workout room. A couple of times we heard some exersise going on but we always bring earplugs so we never had an issue going to sleep.
