Customer serivce horrible. Daughter got stomach viruse from disgusting food. Was quarantined to room two days and tv wasnt working. When we called and complained repeatedly the last few call we were screamed at and hung up. Went to front desk and service was horrible asked for supervisor who said the wasn’t her responsibility that she couldnt do anything. Was offered a refund on the two dining we paid and only revieved one. Prepaid internet was still charged 40 more dollars complained and havent been refunded. Only positive side was kids club. My daughter loved it and staff was excellebt went above their job. Also our steward was excellent.
