Let me start by saying we are no strangers to cruising. This was our first experience with MSC. We were in a Yacht Club room. From the moment we arrived at the terminal, we were escorted by butlers to a waiting area Yacht Club guests. We were given our sail cards and bracelets that called elevators, opened our room, and allied us to purchase items. There was a small bar with a few delicious treats while we waited to board.

Once we were allowed to board, we were escorted onboard. We chose to go straight to the Yacht Club area to see our room. We were surprised to know our room was ready. The concierge team greeted us and our room was perfect.

Our Butler was Jeannot. He was marvelous! He knew what we wanted even when we didn’t. We were able to request items for our refrigerator. These were kept stocked for us the entire trip. Read more
