We chose this cruise to add on to Royal Caribbean Jewel transatlantic.

After 25 Celebrity cruises, we were very disappointed. There seemed to be no management or security overseeing operations. Much of the staff seemed unhappy. We were constantly harassed to buy drink and dining packages. They would swipe our cards or do paperwork before serving drinks, etc. As Elite plus we have 3 free drinks nightly at happy hour. However they only let us use the benefit 5 of the 7 nights.

Guest relations didn’t want to give us our onboard credit even though we had emails from THEIR representatives.

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom 10

Cabin was fine. Only issue was toilet flushing challenges. Needed maintenance.

Port Reviews

St. Thomas

Emerald beach was great.

Royal and Celebrity built new dock far from city to save money.
